Leisure Centre Asst Manager

The Amber Springs Hotel is looking to recruit a dynamic Leisure Centre Assistant Manager.

The ideal candidate will be a highly driven person with:

• A nationally recognized Fitness Instructors qualification.
• ILAM Pool Lifeguard qualification.
• Class teaching experience.
• Occupational first aid.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ambition to drive standards in a busy environment.
• Sales focus.
• Management of and liaising with regard to routine and scheduled maintenance.
• Plant maintenance experience.

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Ensure a professional, friendly and courteous service to all guests and members.
• To assist in the achievement of agreed targets.
• To ensure that all equipment is maintained to the required standard.
• Work varying shifts.
• To promote a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction
