Dominic Smith take the Ulster Bank Award Outstanding Customer Care and Service Award for August.
Businesses in North Wexford came under the attention of a Mystery Judge in August as part of the Ulster Bank Outstanding Customer Care and Service Award for August 2016.
Every quarter the Ulster Bank sponsored mystery judge contacts a variety of businesses throughout Gorey and North Wexford and assesses them on the level of Customer Service and the Condition of their Premises.
The focus is multi sectoral with retail, services, restaurants etc included in the judging.
Every business assessed is contacted directly by the Chamber and a report on the judges findings is issued on request.
James Harvey of Dominic Smith Electrical received a high rating from the judge stating he was “ Inviting, proactive, but not pushy” according to the report issued for the Ulster Bank Outstanding Customer Care and Service award.
Speaking at the presentation of the award, Harry O’Riordan of the Ulster Bank commented “We are delighted to be involved in this very worthwhile award”
Continuing ,O’Riordan added “Our judge takes a snap shot on a particular day and in this case it is heart warming that one of our larger retail businesses has such customer focus that they were judged the winners. It is of course always down to the personal touch and James Harvey sets a very high standard both within the store and for all of us.”
James received a certificate of his award as a momento in addition being presented with a quantity of gVouchers which can be used in up to 50 businesses throughout Gorey.
Concluding O’Riordan added, “ Congratulations to the winners and we at Ulster Bank will continue to strive to keep outstanding customer service at the top of the agenda”
