The Art of web design gets the vote of North Wexford Business for WebArt.
AIB Gorey recently sponsored the AIB North Wexford Industry and Services Business 2016 with WebArt taking the award at a recent function held at the Ashdown Park Hotel.
Webart are a Gorey based web design company owned and managed by Lisa Stacey and Les James and operating from Main St, Gorey.
Speaking at the presentation, Keith Groarke representing the sponsors AIB stated " Industry and Services are important players in the fabric of business in North Wexford and one we feel deserve to be recognised.
Companies like WebArt provide an important service to all sectors and one that many appreciate as evidenced by this victory"
The other nominees on the day included, Garrett Fitzpatrick Solicitors, MyProsoft.ie, Ire Well Pallets,Ourtown.ie and Wild About.
These awards continue to generate much interest and are unique in the county as both the nomination process and selection procedure is totally controlled and delivered by the business sector in North Wexford.
Lisa Stacey representing Webart received a unique wooden creation by Bevel Furniture based in south County Wexford and supplied by Gorey Chambers gallery , Market House Design.
In addition to this piece WebArt and all of the other nominees also received a framed certificate as a memento of their achievement sponsored by The Gaslamp Gallery.
Lisa, thanked all of the business sector that voted for WebArt and congratulated all of the other nominees.
Wrapping up proceedings on the day, Dick White of Gorey Chamber added " Business is vibrant in North Wexford, but let no
one think that it is easy , everyone in business takes a risk and these financial and personal risks are sometimes easily dismissed by those in positions of power and influence. We in Gorey Chamber will however continue to be the voice of business and will keep supporting all business and their needs."
